Still have a question? Send us a message — we're happy to help.
Do I need Pilates experience?+
No experience necessary — most of our clients started as complete beginners.
What happens in my first class?+
Arrive 10 minutes early. You'll meet your instructor, chat about any injuries or goals, and be shown the basics before we start.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable, fitted activewear plus grip socks. Avoid loose tops for reformer sessions.
How often should I attend Pilates?+
2–3 sessions per week is ideal. Start with what feels sustainable and grow from there.
Is Pilates suitable for beginners?+
Absolutely. Pilates is low impact and adaptable — one of the friendliest ways to start moving.
I have an injury — can I still do Pilates?+
In most cases, yes. Pilates is used widely in rehabilitation. Let us know before your session and we'll adjust the class.
How many people are in a class?+
We keep our reformer classes to a maximum of 6–8 people so you get real attention.
Do you offer pre/post-natal Pilates?+
Yes. Please book a private session first so we can tailor the program to your stage.
How do I book?+
Send us an enquiry or call the studio. We'll help match you with the right class.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class.
