FAQs

Everything you might be wondering

Do I need Pilates experience?+

Not at all. Most of our clients started as complete beginners. We'll guide you through everything at your own pace.

What happens in my first Pilates class?+

You'll arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor, chat through any injuries or goals, and be walked through the basics before the class begins.

What should I wear?+

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, plus grip socks (available at the studio). Avoid loose tops for reformer classes.

How often should I attend Pilates?+

2–3 sessions a week is a sweet spot for most people to feel stronger and more mobile within 4–6 weeks. Start with what feels sustainable.

Is Pilates suitable for beginners?+

Absolutely. Pilates is one of the most beginner-friendly forms of exercise — low impact, adaptable, and designed to build strength from the ground up.
